Vizspring Software has released iWatch 3.0, a new version of their time management application, rewritten from the ground up and available for Mac OS X.

iWatch is billed as a “four-task application” that acts as a kitchen timer, alarm clock, stopwatch with lap memory and a clock that displays time and computer uptime.
The new version gains support for “actions” which trigger alarms or timers — you can use the feature to display system alert messages or beeps, play sound files, QuickTime movies, start or stop iTunes and more. You can even use actions to put the computer to sleep, restart it, or shut it down.
Vizspring has also reworked iWatch with a new interface.
Distributed as US$10 shareware, iWatch is available for free download and evaluation.
