On tonight’s episode of Your Mac Life, the Internet show about all things Mac, host-producer Shawn King has highlights from this week’s Comdex trade show in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Tune in and you’ll hear about the Bill Gates’ keynote and his special guests, which included P. Diddy, Steve Balmer, and John Sculley. King will also talk to Creo about their Six Degrees software, interview the folks at CMS Peripherals about the ABSplus automatic backup solution, and chat with Sony about their latest version of the Aibo Robot.
Other guests on tonight’s show include Leo Laporte, host of TechTV’s “The Screensavers.” He’ll talk about Comdex, Apple’s product line and what he sees in the future for our favorite computer maker. As usual, my MacCentral compadre, Peter Cohen, will bring the latest Mac gaming news. If you have any questions you’d like to ask one of tonight’s guests, drop King an e-mail (onair@yourmaclife.com).
What’s more, tonight continues the Macworld Conference and Expo Pass giveaway. You’ll have to tune in to find out how to qualify.
You can catch Your Mac Life every Wednesday from 5:30-8:30 p.m. (Pacific). You can also join the show’s gang in one of the two chat rooms that run during the live show: on the World Without Borders site or on the dedicated IRC Server at irc.netmug.org in the #yourmaclife Channel.
Also, there’s a new edition of King’s other Internet show, YML [Your Mac Life] XTended, now online. Check it out for King’s comments regarding “Sin City” and listener e-mails and tips. YML XTended looks at Mac OS X news and issues.
