Thinkertons.com has updated the Jotz notepad for Mac OS X to version 1.1. The update adds stability and feature enhancements, according to Thinkertons.
Jotz is a “smart” multimedia notepad. It offers automatic import of Classic Note Pads; automatic polylingual note titling; a “Shuffle Drawer” for note reorganization; and a multilevel, multi-pad search.
With version 1.1, “Check Spelling As You Type” support has been improved. Jotz now remembers the item (Edit>Spelling>) as a persistent, application-wide preference. In other words, when you turn the “Check Spelling As You Type” item (Edit>Spelling>) on or off, Jotz will remember that setting and apply it automatically to every text field in Jotz that you edit.
You can download Jotz from the Thinkertons.com site. Version 1.1 is free for registered users of version 1.x; for others, the cost is $17.50.
