Saturday Night Live star and comic actor Will Ferrell is featured in two new Apple-made parodies of its own Switch ads, now available for review from Apple’s Web site.

The two spots feature Ferrell dressed as Santa Claus, discussing Santa’s feelings towards holiday music, his iPod and his perspective on the holidays. Neither have much to do with switching to the Mac, but both will bring a grin to the faces of folks who don’t take the Switch ads terribly seriously.
Ferrell first made his mark on Apple’s Switch ad campaign during July’s Macworld Conference & Expo in New York City. During the keynote presentation hosted by Steve Jobs, Apple aired Ferrell’s first spot — another meandering but comical bit on switching to the Macintosh that compared the Mac with eating a frozen confection.
