Long an advertising staple in the back pages of Macintosh magazines, Shreve Systems made a name for itself by selling used and refurbished Macintoshes and Mac peripherals. The company’s products varied from complete systems to pieces and parts, including peripherals, motherboards, and more.
Shreve noted that it will hold a public auction to liquidate its remaining inventory. Coordinated by Remarketing Associates, the auction is planned for December 13, 2002 at the company’s warehouse in Shreveport, La. More details are available on its Web site.
