Modeled after the ShuttlePRO, the SpaceShuttle A/V was developed to bring the power and productivity of the ShuttlePRO to a broader audience, according to Rick Muldoon, president and CEO of CAVS. The ShuttlePRO Multimedia Controller has been developed to provide users with a shuttle-and-jog controller for applications like Final Cut Pro, iMovie, QuickTime and others. It provides analog editing-style control to digital video and audio editing applications.
The SpaceShuttle A/V is a five-button jog and shuttle controller. Each element of the controller can be assigned to perform frequently performed commands. The SpaceShuttle A/V ships with preprogrammed settings for a variety of audio, video, and multimedia applications. Users can customize the standards settings, and create new settings for their favorite applications via a control panel interface. The SpaceShuttle A/V has an estimated street price of US$49.99.
