Animation:Master is designed and marketed as an entry level character animation program with the most advanced professional features, according to Ken Baer of Hash. The company’s philosophy is to build a tool set that assists animators in storytelling. Animation:Master is cross platform compatible with the traditional Mac operating system, Windows and Windows NT.
“We expect to have a Mac OS X version ready by the end of the year or early 2003,” Baer told MacCentral. “It will take advantage of some of the new features in Mac OS 10.2.”
Animation:Master is a high-end, complete character animation system (modeling, animation, and rendering) that’s marketed and priced directly to artist and aspiring film makers. Hash, exhibiting at their 11th Macworld Expo, is selling the US$299 product for $199 at the show.
