Pixels Digital has released PiXELS 3D 4.5, a new version of their 3D modeling and rendering software. The new version incorporates new features.

New features in PiXELS 3D 4.5 include LogoMaker, which produces clean, beveled text elements; RigMaker, which provides enhanced Inverse Kinematics (IK) support; Global Illumination (GI); Area Lights, which offers improved lighting capabilities; and more.
Upgrading from PiXELS 3D 4.0 costs US$199. Competitive upgrades are also available; the suggested retail price for the full package costs $399. A 30 day demo version is available for download for Mac OS X.
