Mac FlipAlbum 3 — previous versions were Windows only — lets you create digital photo albums on your computer with a realistic 3D page-flipping look. It automatically creates a photo album from photos within folder images. Just open a folder of photos with Mac FlipAlbum 3 to create a page-flipping photo album complete with thumbnail overview, table of contents, and index that are all hyperlinked to the actual pages. Then users can drag-and-drop thumbnails and contents to rearrange pages quickly.
You can create your own themes for any occasion by choosing your front and back covers as well as page backgrounds within your album. Also, you can add a list of MP3 musical tracks as background music or insert translucent text annotation. Mac FlipAlbum 3 works with such images and audio formats as GIF, PNG, JPEG, MID, MP3, and WAV.
Mac FlipAlbum 3 cost US$39.95. This is the standard version. Mac versions of Mac FlipAlbum Suite (for burning CDs of your flip books) and Mac FlipAlbum Pro (for commercial and professional photographers) are in the works. The E-Book product requires Mac OS X.
