Anark Corp. has announced that it’s developing its next release of Anark Studio with the Macintosh in mind. In fact, Anark is previewing the software at this week’s Macworld Conference & Expo.

Anark Studio is a multimedia authoring tool designed for users who want to present product demonstrations, CD-ROM based entertainment, kiosks, screensavers, full-blown applications, and Web content. It supports compositing and rendering capabilities, video mapping on 3D objects, animated materials and textures, the ability to blend 2D and 3D content, JavaScript support, and much more.
Anark senior vice president of product development Justin Ebert said that his company’s development of Anark Studio on the Mac signifies its commitment to Mac users. “By developing a Mac OS X version of Anark Studio we have harnessed the Mac platform;s superior power and graphics quality,” said Ebert.
Anark Studio 2.0 is currently what’s being developed for the Mac. It features improvements over its predecessor include a newly optimized workflow and more.
