has announced “Final Cut Express for Macintosh: Visual QuickStart Guide” by author Lisa Brenneis. It’s the first book on the market to cover Final Cut Express, Apple’s new consumer-based digital video editing application
introduced last week.
Available in late March, the US$21.99 Final Cut Express for Macintosh: Visual QuickStart Guide introduces the set of tools available in Final Cut Express. It offers step-by-step instructions through the basics and into the more advanced features. Brenneis and Jeff Carlson have also created a booklet with Final Cut Express tips that’s available for free download.
Lisa Brenneis is the author of “Final Cut Pro 3 for Macintosh: Visual QuickPro Guide,” a Final Cut Pro reference book. She has served as a teacher, author, panelist, and film production manager.
