McGraw-Hill/Osborne Media has recently published a reference guide for Mac users looking to get the most out of Mac OS X 10.2. It’s called Mac OS X Jaguar: The Complete Reference. Authored by Jesse Feiler, the new tome organizes together hundreds of tips and offers details on how to maximize Jaguar.

The publisher says the new reference guide is aimed at Mac OS X veterans and newbies alike. Feiler provides an introduction to OS X and Aqua, introduces you to essential system protocols, storage technologies, Internet and Ethernet performance, UNIX-based tools, security, networking and more.
Feiler himself is software director of the Philmont Software Mill, and an author of other Mac-related books including Mac OS X: The Complete Reference, Mac OS X Developer’s Guide, and Making Movies, Photos, Music and DVDs on Your Mac: Using Apple’s Digital Hub.
