CDFinder enables you to create a catalog for the contents of your hard disks, CD-ROMs, DVDs, floppies, ZIP disks and “anything else that spins,” according to the author. It can also catalog audio CDs and TAG info embedded in MP3 files. It supports a multi-lingual interface in German, French, English, Italian, Swedish, Chinese and Spanish.
In addition to the reworked interface, other improvements in CDFinder 4 include the ability to select font and size for your lists, a new View menu, support for 32 bit icons in Mac OS X, copy and paste support for volume icons, anti-aliased text support, better “Kind” info display when using Jaguar, bug fixes for large MP3 tags and more.
CDFinder 4 supports Mac OS 8.6 or later, including Mac OS X 10.1 and later. A single user license costs US$25. The new version is a free update for registered users.
