El Gato Software LLC has released new versions of its software for EyeTV, the device that turns your Mac into a digital video recorder (DVR).

EyeTV 1.1.2 is now available; that version is specifically for Jaguar. EyeTV 1.0.6 has also been released; that build is for Mac OS X 10.1.5 users.
Both versions get a fix to a bug that prevented some recordings from playing back (a -2014 error would occur). EyeTV 1.1.2 also corrects audio synchronization problems when re-editing a compacted recording.
Still using a pre-Jaguar version of Mac OS X and you’re wondering what you’re missing with the updated version of EyeTV? Version 1.1.2 has an editor, and can wake up your Macintosh — two features not supported by the 1.0.6 version.
