A “Switcher” and a science fiction author will be guests on tonight’s edition of Your Mac Life, the Internet show about all things Mac.
The “Switcher” is Janie Porsche, the woman who “saved Christmas.” She’ll be discussing, naturally, why she switched. The author is Spider Robinson, himself a big Mac fan. Also talking with Your Mac Life host-producer Shawn King will be Stewart Cheifet, formerly of PBS’ Computer Chronicles and one of the veterans of computer journalism. Cheifet will discuss the changes he’s seen at Apple in relation to the rest of the computer industry over the past 20 years.
As always, my MacCentral compadre, Peter Cohen, will be on hand with Mac gaming news and opinions. If you have any questions for tonight’s guests, e-mail them to Your Mac Life.
You can catch Your Mac Life every Wednesday evening from 5:30-8:30 pm (Pacific). You can also join one of the two chat rooms that run during the live show: on the World Without Borders site or on the dedicated IRC Server at irc.netmug.org in the #yourmaclife Channel.
