Stupendous Software LLC has updated its line of iMovie plug-ins for iMovie 3, recently released by Apple.

The plug-ins have been updated to better support the new resolution of iMovie 3’s preview window, according to Stupendous. All ten of the iMovie plug-ins packs available from Stupendous have been updated, for a total of 254 effects.
Stupendous’ Color Effects, Crops & Zooms, Glow & Blurs, Levels & Balances, Smoke & Glass and Time Effects have all been updated to version 1.2. Labels & Overlays, Scratch & Dirt, SplitScreen & PiP and Time Effects 2 have all been updated to version 1.1.
System requirements call for iMovie 2.1.1 or later, and Mac OS 9 or higher. The updates are also free for existing customers. You can download the latest versions from the Web site.
Stupendous’ plug-ins are available for US$25 per pack, or $200 for the “Stupendous Bundle.” Educational bundle pricing is also available.
