Apple is offering developers that plan to attend the company’s Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) a bundle of products and services to help you get started. This year’s conference will be held in San Jose California, from May 19-23.
The getting Started bundle includes a WWDC 2003 E-Ticket; ADC Select Membership; ADC Select Hardware Discount; and you will get access to all WWDC 2002 sessions on ADC TV and last year’s WWDC 2002 Conference Sessions on DVD-ROM.
A US$2,195 value, Apple is offering it to developers for $1,695. According to Apple’s Web site, this pricing is good until April 18, 2003.
At WWDC, developers find out the direction Apple will be taking in the next 12 months with Mac OS X and other technologies the company has developed. The conference also gives developers a chance to meet with Apple engineers and fellow developers.
Conference tracks for WWDC 2003 include Enterprise IT; Apple Developer Tools; QuickTime – Develop, Produce, Deliver; Application Frameworks; Core OS; Hardware; and Graphics and Imaging.
More information on the Worldwide Developer Conference can be found at Apple’s Web site.
