There’s a new version (1.1.2) of eMail Verifier, Max Programming’s batch e-mail validity checker, for Mac OS X and Mac OS 9.x.
Email Verifier checks the validity of your e-mail addresses without actually sending e-mails. You can use the list of failed addresses to build a list for a “please update” campaign. It can verify over 10 e-mails per second (in single e-mails or lists), according to MacTech magazine . The utility is targeted to system administrators, Webmasters, programmers, and advanced users who have their own mailing lists.
Version 1.1.2 adds resizable columns for the address list and a localized pref menu entry. Also, the Window menu now includes shortcuts. eMail Verifier is shareware and costs $24.90 to register.
