iMac-inspired industrial designs are showing up in all kinds of unexpected places. The latest company to jump on the blue-and-white bandwagon is Tektronix (800/835-9433, https://www.tek.com ), which has released a new version of its Phaser 840 solid-ink printer. The Phaser 840 Designer Edition features a built-in 10/100BaseT Ethernet port and provides 1,000-dpi letter-size output at six pages per minute in standard-color mode.
