This year’s Macworld Conference & Expo in New York City may still be months away, but it’s not too soon to consider entering the 6th Annual Macworld Conference & Expo Digital Art Contest. Entries are now being accepted.

The event is open to all Macintosh-based digital artists, working in both 2D and 3D. The juried competition will display 30 images to premiere at this year’s New York show — the last show to take place at the Javits Center before the summer Expo moves to Boston in 2004.
The gallery will also travel as an exhibition to art galleries in the United States, according to the event’s coordinators, and to next January’s Macworld Conference & Expo in San Francisco, as well.
Digital art and graphic-related prizes are up for grabs, courtesy of the contest’s sponsors.
There’s still plenty of time to prepare a piece — the deadline is May 16, 2003. For details, visit the Web site.
