Charts created using Chartsmith 1.2 can be exported to Keynote, and individual charts and graphs can also be dragged from Chartsmith into Keynote as well.
What’s more, Chartsmith now imports data from Excel spreadsheets via Named Ranges. The new version also supports an expanded AppleScript dictionary that can control axis and chart titles, helping to automate chart production. Scientific graphing has also been improved with features like trend line equation annotations and improvements to error bars.
A demo version is available for download from the Web site. The full version costs US$129, with educational discounts available. Chartsmith 1.2 is a free upgrade for registered 1.1 users.
