The Double Guardian secures any two pieces of equipment that feature security slots, including those on many Mac models. The Double Guardian utilizes two of PC Guardian’s Notebook Guardian locks on either end of a six foot long black PVC coated galvanized steel cable.
The Adhesive Mount Mini-Plate enables you to “create” a security slot even on a computer or peripheral that doesn’t have one, according to PC Guardian. It’s a solid metal cable-anchoring device that attaches to the equipment’s outer case. The plate mounts using a “super-bonding agent” called Zyton.
The suggested retail price for the Double Guardian is US$64.95. The Adhesive Mount Mini-Plate costs $9.95.
