CourseForum Technologies has updated CourseForum — the Web-based software for e-learning content creation, sharing, and discussion — to version 2.0.
<?php virtual(“/includes/boxad.inc”); ?> |
CourseForum can be hosted on Mac OS X, Windows 98/ME/NT/2000/XP, Linux, and Unix systems; end users only need a Web browser. It allows instructors and their students to host discussions. The software can be used to share, and talk about ideas, Q&A, research, student portfolios, project work and more. Each CourseForum page can not only hold a discussion on a specific topic, but also a set of questions and answers, links to supplementary course material or research, a student’s note-taking from a lecture, student portfolios and more.
Version 2.0 adds full support for content that includes international characters, such as in European or Eastern languages. Licenses start at US$79 for a single course; a free, time-limited version is available.
