If you’re a layperson and you’re just looking for general information about Apple’s PowerBooks, you’re better off visiting the company’s general pages. Apple said the intent of this developer note is to provide hardware and software developers with the info they need to help design products that are compatible with the new PowerBook.
Information in the developer note includes block diagrams, descriptions of architectural elements of the new PowerBook, information on the computer’s ports and expansion features, links to supplemental reference documents, and a PDF version you can download for offline viewing.
