The DesktopGB comes equipped with both FireWire and USB 2.0 interfaces, and is also bundled with Media Four’s MacDrive 5 software — which enables Mac-formatted drives to be used on Windows operating systems.
The 0GB configuration — a do-it-yourself model that enables you to put your own hard disk mechanism inside the enclosure — now costs US$79.95, a $30 drop. The 120GB unit, once $239.95, is now $189.95.
DesktopGB models include a vertical stand to set the drive upright, data cables and an AC adapter.
