Version 6.2.7 introduces customized priority and status types, due-hours calculation and scheduled tasks. It also sports updated e-mail settings and an improved task manager.
Web Help Desk 6.2.7 is available now with pricing available in a variety of licensing and hosting plans. Licenses require a maintenance plan for the first year, which includes tech support and all updates to the application for 12 months after the purchase date.
