“The Apple Rep. explained that they plan on focusing CompUSA’s in Dallas and San Francisco first — and be nationwide with-in CompUSA by years end.
“I was so excited to finally see an official presence from Apple in CompUSA. He explained that they would be in the Stores forty hours a week.
Customers have been complaining for some time that when they try to get help at stores like CompUSA, there are no knowledgeable staff members on hand to assist them. Not only that, some people have shared experiences that staff have even tried to lure them away from the Apple products altogether. Perhaps having Apple staff located at the larger resellers will make the purchasing experience much more pleasant and informed in the future.
