Conkey Software has released TreeManager 1.1a1, an alpha version of Canvas-based custom control that allows interactively viewing and manipulating of hierarchical information. Programmed completely in the REALbasic development environment, TreeManager is fully object-oriented and customizable, according to Jason Conkey.
He said that TreeManager 1.1a1 offers:
Conkey said that the alpha version is “very stable,” but whenever you’re using alpha and beta software, always proceed with caution. TreeManager requires REALbasic 2.1.2 or later, Mac OS 7.6.1 or later, and a Power Mac (though 68k Mac and Windows versions are in the works). Appearance Manager is currently required to use headers.
