TFN Digital, a biweekly show that looks at the latest news regarding the Star Wars universe, is done on a Power Mac G4 and QuickTime, writer/director/producer Peter Orphanos told MacCentral.
In conjunction with TheForce.net, Orphmedia, a multimedia production company founded by Orphanos, has created this show devoted to the fans with reviews, news and interviews about Star Wars. TFN Digital is hosted by Hettienne Park and Alena Kerins. The video is shot and produced in New York City, but frequently sends camera crews on location.
TFN Digital is a video news show that’s part of the number one Star Wars fan site, TheForce. On January 30, 2001, the first news show of “TFN Digital” debuted with news, rumors, interviews, and all sorts of Star Wars related information.
“This is the first major step for Orphmedia towards its convergence programming initiative of creating and producing high quality TV shows to complement regular broadcast television of the future,” Orphanos said.
