Label Printer Pro, a utility for printing stick-on and case labels, has been updated to version 6.0. It’s now Carbonized to fully support Mac OS X — it requires CarbonLib 1.0.4 or higher to run under the Classic Mac OS.
Label Printer Pro prints labels for many different formats such as Avery, Neato, Memorex, and CD Stomper. It also supports plain paper case labels.
Version 6.0, a US$35 product, combines the previous Disk Label Printer Pro and Ultimate Label Printer Pro applications into one program. It also adds stationary file support and optional centimeter and pixel options for position adjustments. More label formats are supported and are built into the application. Version 6.0 automatically handles the changing of portrait verses landscape settings without displaying the Page Setup dialog box. And it can import files from the older Disk Label Printer Pro
You can download Label Printer Pro 6.0 (a 579 k file) from the product Web site. Besides the previously mentioned requirements, Label Printer Pro needs a Power Mac, 25MB of RAM, a screen resolution of 800 x 600 or higher with 16-bit color (thousands of colors), and QuickTime.
