The Termimac systems are created out of aluminum and acrylic materials. Rather than a touch screen, the Termimac systems use a thin film keyboard and trackpad. Company spokesman Dietmar Bach explained that Termimac can customize the kiosks with USA keyboards, as well.
The company prefers iMacs because the system’s “design, equipment and price are ideal to use as an information medium in form of a terminal,” according to Termimac.
Termimac offers a good degree of flexibility — the company can sell you a system completely equipped with an iMac, or just the kiosk stand itself. While you can run your own presentations if you prefer, Termimac will also help you develop a custom-made solution.
