PineHill Products has released an update to CreativePage, its Web site creation tool. The new version, 2.6.1, is ready for download from PineHill’s Web site.
CreativePage enables Mac users (including Mac OS X) to create Web sites using Web assistants, formatting options, and other editing tools. The software features search functions, syntax coloring, built in FTP client, and other features too.
The new version, CreativePage 2.6.1, now sports the following new features and fixes: Added the ability to preview in the browser you choose. Fixed the “check for updates” bug, causing it not to work correctly. Fixed the help button on the toolbar. Command + O now will open a document, not optimize HTML. Now web pages open will have the correct title on the title bar of the web page document. Open Recent now correctly works. Syntax coloring now works properly when opening documents. “Insert Shortcut” spelling error fixed, and it now lists all 5 shortcuts. Fixed the save as bug where it would save and change the title. Insert Applet window interface updated. A few other interface tweaks.
The software is available for download in a demo form; purchasing a full version costs US$25.
