has announced the release of ScheduleOnline Sync. It’s a utility that enables Mac users to synchronize their ScheduleOnline Web calendars, reminders, to-do lists and address books with Palm OS-based devices, including Palm and Visor PDAs. ScheduleOnline Inc. said that it’s the only Web-based scheduling service that supports Mac and PC users alike.
ScheduleOnline Sync not only provides Palm PDA users with access to their own info from any location, but it also enables them to access public info entered by other ScheduleOnline users.
According to ScheduleOnline president Hans Hartman, Mac support for ScheduleOnline Sync was the result of customer requests.
“Many of our users work for small- to medium-sized businesses, use Macintoshes and are mobile. Many of them asked to extend our Internet-based scheduling to portability on Palm devices,” said Hartman.
Users can download ScheduleOnline Sync for no charge at the
Web site. The calendaring service itself is available on a fee basis, depending on your level of service and number of users.
