Trivision Technologies, a Web-based education software solution provider for management and tracking of one-to-one learning, announced the release of eonCampus 1.0 at this week’s National Education Computer Conference (NECC) in Chicago.
eonCampus is a Web-based student management and instructional matrix system for independent study programs and schools. The system enables teachers and administrators to deliver and track individualized standards-based curriculum assignments and compliance specific elements of independent study. It allows the user to manage all aspects of the independent study education process from enrollment through graduation, according to Rob Fiance, CEO of Trivision.
“Current legislation has exit exams on everyone’s mind, and we believe that eonCampus is a solution that independent study programs and schools cannot do without,” he said in a statement.
eonCampus is currently being deployed throughout California, with a national (U.S.) rollout planned for this fall. Trivision Technologies plans to extend the eonCampus platform into the special ed arena in early 2002.
