The Cube had its battles since it was first introduced. While the computer was praised for its innovative design, it was also criticized for its lack of expandability, cracks and price point, which led to poor sales. Efforts by Apple to upgrade the Cube with a CD-RW were not enough to keep it alive.
As a satisfied Cube owner, I’m sad to see the product go.
