Interactive Media Corp., a manufacturer of storage and multimedia devices, has announced its new Mac compatible USB KanguruMicro Drive.
The plug and play, three-inch long USB Flash Drive comes in capacities from 8MB to 512MB with a 1GB drive planned for release in the fall, according to Interactive Media spokesperson Emmett Jorgensen. Standard features include: an LED indicator, write protect switch and power support savings mode. The KanguruMicro Drive plugs directly into the USB port and requires no external power. It works with Mac, Windows and Linux operating systems.
The drive is targeted to travelers and mobile users. It’s should be available any day now; pricing hasn’t been announced.
