Mac technical support specialists
announced today that they’re expanding their support offerings, adding contracts, and supporting Mac OS X. MacTank provides telephone-based technical support, and serves a host of support tools from what they bill as a 100 percent Mac OS X environment.
MacTank offers support including home networking setups, browser configuration, QuickTime editing, hard drive recovery and Mac OS X support.
MacTank founder Christian Winter explained that his company’s goal is to provide the very best tech support to every Mac owner.
“We are fully dedicated to helping our customers find the smartest and most efficient solution to whatever question they might have,” said Winter.
The company counts over 2,000 users since last November. They’ve also added corporate accounts like MacConnect Internet, SportsTech Inc., ZipIt, Fetch Softworks, Kagi and others.
“Fact is, software developers are the backbone of the Mac community. We are genuinely proud that they have come to rely on MacTank for their tech support needs,” said Winter.
The company will be exhibiting this week at the Macworld Conference & Expo at the Jacob K. Javits Center in New York, in booth 2037.
