PineHill Products
has announced an update to its Web site creation software, CreativePage. The company is also offering a special deal on a bundle that combines CreativePage with SiteToolkit, a Webmaster toolkit.
CreativePage provides creation, editing and maintenance tools which help users administer a Web site or individual Web pages. The software works both in Mac OS 9.1 and Mac OS X.
According to the accompanying documentation, changes in CreativePage 2.7.5 include:
If text is selected and you choose to insert a link, the selected text will appear in the “Text” field for the link.
Now when you preview a web page, it will display any graphics associated with it.
Mac OS X compatible icon.
Command + D in the save changes window will now choose “Don’t Save”.
Color Syntax option added to color the syntax of web pages not made in CreativePage.
FTP client update – fixes numerous bugs.
If text is selected and a dialog appears, the cursor will not go back to the beginning of the document anymore.
Insert Date and Insert Time are now working correctly under the Edit menu.
Insert Back JavaScript insert fixed.
Find menu updated, along with the menu item “Find & Replace”.
You can now access the preferences from the “CreativePage 2.7.5” menu in Mac OS X.
Export As is not located under the Print menu item anymore, it has been moved to its original location.

CreativePage works on any Mac running Mac OS 8.6 or later, including Mac OS X.
