XLR8, the folks who make Mac processor upgrades and expansion products, has reduced pricing on several of its processor upgrades by up to 16 percent.
“Our G4 MPe ZIF design allows customers to start with any speed processor and later upgrade to higher speed G4 processors,” Jack Kolk, vice president and general manager of XLR8, said in a statement. “Only with XLR8 do you have the option to later add a second processor at a much lower cost for blazing fast performance on multiprocessing applications and OS X Server.”
