Are you planning to attend Apple Expo 2001 ? The event is coming next month to Paris, France. Badges to attend the event are free, but if you’re planning on catching the keynote address, you should register as soon as possible — registration to attend the keynote closes tomorrow, Friday, August 3.
Apple Expo 2001 runs from September 26 – 30, 2001. Held at the Paris Expo Center in Porte de Versailles, the event will be open every day from 10 am to 7 pm. The keynote address itself is scheduled to happen at the Palais de Congrès in Porte Maillot, however. Apple would not comment whether or not Steve Jobs will give the opening keynote address.
Apple Expo 2001 will gather dozens of leading Macintosh hardware and software vendors under one roof, including Apple itself, which will be exhibiting a 1,600 square meter booth. The event will also feature conferences, live demos, “Solutions Centers,” Apple Expo Live TV, a Cybercafé, and other events. is Adobe Systems Inc. confirmed for MacCentral earlier this week they would attend the show.
