Last week MacCentral reported that Apple’s Vice President of Worldwide Marketing, Phil Schiller would deliver a special keynote address at the upcoming Seybold Seminars being held in San Francisco from September 24-28. Apple CEO Steve Jobs will introduce Schiller via satellite.
Apple is not the only company sending an executive to Seybold as a speaker. Sept. 24, 12:15-1:15 pm; Mark Anderson, Founder, Technology Alliance Partners, Strategic News Service speaking Sept. 24 5:30-7:30 pm; Phil Schiller, vice president of worldwide marketing, Apple speaking Sept. 25, 9:00-10:00 am; Bruce Chizen, president and CEO Adobe Systems Inc. speaking Sept. 25 12:15-1:15 pm; Dave Winer of Userland speaking Sept. 26 8:30-10:00; Dick Brass, vice president Microsoft Corp. speaking Sept. 26 12:15-1:15 pm; and Donald Van de Mark, Co-founder and vice president of Programming Myprimetime Inc. Sept. 27 8:30-9:15 am.
There are many companies familiar to Mac users exhibiting at this year’s Seybold San Francisco including Canon, Epson, Quark, Adobe, Canto, Connectix, Corel, Wacom, Pantone and of course, Apple.
Seybold runs Sept. 24-28 in San Francisco. Show producers expect more than 35,000 attendees to participate and 350 companies to exhibit.
