Steltor, the company formerly known as CS&T Lexacom, has released CorporateTime 5.2, a Carbonized application that runs natively in Mac OS X, as well as in Mac OS 8.6 and 9.x, with the CarbonLib extensions installed.
In fact, the company said that CorporateTime 5.2 is the first Carbonized calendaring and scheduling application to the market. Version 5.2 sports a new Aqua interface, enhanced TCP/IP communication with both the native Unix networking subsystem of Mac OS X and the Open Transport network connection of previous Mac operating systems.
The folks at Steltor say that the latest version of CorporateTime also has better performance than previous versions. How? It’s isolated in its own memory space, allowing for easier functionality between applications, they say.
CorporateTime lets you book meetings, track tasks, and delegate access to your calendar. And it offers wireless capabilities, off-line storage and multiple time zone support.
To download an evaluation copy of CorporateTime 5.2 for Mac (good for 30 days and valid for 10 users by default) go to the product download site. It requires 10 MB of RAM (14 MB recommended) and 7 MB of hard disk space.
