MacExpo 2001: First 3,000 to register get free pass

MacExpo 2001 is coming to the U.K. this November. That sounds like a long way off, but if you’re planning to go there’s a good incentive to register now. The first 3,000 attendees to register for the event will be given a free pass, according to the show’s promoters.

Coordinated by MacExpo Events Ltd, MacExpo 2001 has been in the news a couple of times this week, because Apple has agreed to participate in the event. It’s the first time in four years that Apple has exhibited at a Mac trade show in the UK.

The event will feature an exhibit hall filled with Mac vendors and several streams of seminars, as well. Seminars include Apple product sessions, Pro sessions, User sessions, and Education sessions, each with different product and solution focuses.

This year’s MacExpo will sport five feature areas, according to the show’s coordinators:

Games and Edutainment feature this special area of the hall will gather the latest in entertainment and home education.

Developer’s feature this is a special turnkey area to prompt small to medium developers to bring their products and demonstrate them at MacExpo.

Internet Design & Art feature all the best in Web site design and graphics brought together for your ease of review.

Solutions Expert feature a focus on the experts in a particular subject area that can give best advice on the appropriate solutions for that sector.

Music and Audio feature building on the iTunes product this feature will show how to make the most of the audio capabilities of your Mac.
