TLA Systems, makers of the DragThing 4 dock application, is offering a competitive upgrade offer to users of Aladdin DragStrip 3 and Power On’s Action GoMac 2.
This offer allows users of these products to upgrade to the latest version of DragThing (version 4.1) for US$19, compared to the regular $25 price tag. DragThing adds a dock to your Mac’s desktop that’s more configurable than the one included with Mac OS X. DragThing’s dock can contain files, folders, Internet URLs, disks and servers, as well as currently running processes. Docks can be rearranged in a variety of different configurations, with multiple layers made possible through color-coded folder tabs; icon or text formats, and more.
“We realize that a lot of people are now moving to Mac OS X and can’t take their favorite utilities with them, so we wanted to give them an extra reason to try DragThing which runs natively on Mac OS X today,” said James Thomson of TLA Systems. “Our new DragThing 4.1 version marks the fourth release of DragThing on Mac OS X, and shows our commitment to this powerful new operating system from Apple.”
And if you’re not yet running Mac OS X, DragThing 4.1 also works on Mac OS 8.6 and 9. DragThing 4 can be downloaded now from the product Web site. The upgrade offer is available for a limited time from the Kagi online ordering page.
