Power On Software is offering a free custom version of Update Agent that will automatically alert users to new versions of Power On Software products.
“We have worked with Insider Software to create this special Power On version that will automatically track and download the latest versions of your favorite Power On products,” Bob Leeds, Power On’s vice president of business development & communications, told MacCentral. “The software can automatically download the updates so that users always have the latest versions without having to spend time constantly monitoring the Internet for update information.”
The software is available now and may be downloaded free of charge from the Power On Web site. In addition to the customized version of UpdateAgent, Power On will also be offering special pricing on a deluxe version of UpdateAgent that will check the latest versions from other software companies, as well. Details on obtaining the deluxe version of Update Agent will be available on the Power On site.
