Stimulus 1.0b1, a new Carbonized beta of the multimedia viewer for Mac OS 8-9 and Mac OS X, is now available.
Created by the folks at Electric Butterfly, Stimulus is an integrated software product developed with REALbasic. Stimulus works like a file browser, allowing you to select and view/play images, audio files and video clips from within a single application. Stimulus 1.0b1 supports 17 file formats, zoom, printing, file properties and more.
System requirements are a Power Mac running Mac OS 8 or higher (including Mac OS X), QuickTime 4 or higher, 5 MB of RAM, 2 MB of free hard drive space, Adobe Acrobat Reader (for reading the included user’s guide), and a Web browser such as Netscape Communicator or Microsoft Internet Explorer with an Internet connection.
