Looking for a good deal on a digital camera? Fujifilm just sweetened the pot by lowering prices on its FinePix 4800 Zoom, 6800 Zoom and 6900 Zoom digital cameras. The company chopped US$200 off the suggested retail prices for the three cameras, dropping them to $499, $699 and $799, respectively.
The FinePix 4800 Zoom is a 2.1 megapixel camera with support for up to 2400 x 1800 pixel images, using Fuji’s vaunted Super CCD system. The FinePix 6800 Zoom is a 3.0 megapixel model with support for resolutions up to 2832 x 2128 pixels. Both cameras feature SmartMedia card support, videoconference modes, image voice annotation, the ability to capture AVI video with sound, audio capture, and one-touch image download using a USB docking station.
The FinePix 6900 Zoom is a 3 megapixel model with support for images up to 2832 x 2128 pixels. It also features a 6x optical zoom lense, professional-level controls like manual focus, shutter priority, five exposure settings and 13 f-stop aperture control settings.
