Law firm Milberg Weiss today announced the expansion of a lawsuit it filed on September 27 against Apple. The firm, representing Hawaii Structural Iron Workers Pension Trust Fund, filed suit against Apple alleging the company worked to inflate stock prices during several months of last year.
The suit alleges that Apple revealed problems related to the production of Power Mac G4 Cubes and weak sales of iMacs to the educational market last year only following the sale of 370,000 shares worth $22 million by four Apple executives.
Milberg Weiss advises that if you purchased shares of Apple common stock between July 19 and September 28, 2000, you may qualify to participate in the suit. More details are available from Milberg Weiss’ Web site.
