CleverForm is a new, Mac compatible product that lets you create an online, form-based interviewing system with advanced analysis and processing features in just a few minutes, without any hardware/software requirements or technical knowledge, according to Branko Tadic of CleverForm LLC.
“CleverForm is an ASP service intended for all kinds of online surveying, quick-polls, tests/exams, market research or customer satisfaction surveys,” he told MacCentral. “It is totally platform independent, and there’s no infrastructure required for using it. It is easy to use by non-technical staff and intelligent data acquisition/processing/analyses systems can be created in minutes.”
Marketing and market-research experts, as well as human-resource managers agree that the key to online data acquisition lies in having good interactive Web site forms, he added. Standard paper- or HTML-based forms are often filled in improperly, without data validation possibility, Tadic said. The respondent has to answer a large number of questions (often even the non-applicable ones), which makes the process tedious and boring, he said.
“CleverForm enables form creators to present their employees, customers, subscribers etc. with an interactive intelligent e-form that is able to validate responses, present questions in compliance with previously given responses, and lets them complete the form in several separate sessions,” Tadic stated.
Both statistical and individual results of your online surveys are displayed graphically inside an HTML Webpage and can be incorporated into a Web site. You can perform cross-survey analyses and filter results to form target groups and send personalized e-mail messages, using the CleverForm mail-merge module.
CleverForm online service can be used without any infrastructure (except for plain Internet access), according to Tadic. There’s no need for hosting services, dedicated servers or downloads of any kind.
Registration and usage of the CleverForm Form-creation module is free. Users are only charged for data storage on CleverForm servers. There’s a free trial version available at the CleverForm Web site.
