Apple recently introduced revamped iBooks and PowerBooks. Sandy Green, Apple’s product line manager for these portables, will talk about the new machines on tonight’s edition of The Mac Show, the Internet radio show about all things Mac.
She’ll be on for an extra long segment tonight. If you have any questions for her, send ’em to Shawn King, host-producer of The Mac Show.
In the Tech Tips segment, sponsored by Micromat’s Tech Tool Pro 3, Scott Phillips, CEO of LaCie, will talk about the issues surrounding DVD and the problems of competing standards of the format. There’ll also be another round of “What’s My Product?” in which a Mac Show listener in one of their chat rooms will be a winner.
There will also be lots of goodies to be given away. The Dr Bott gang is giving out T3Hubs and t-shirts and AppleLinks is handing out iClocks and t-shirts.
You can catch The Mac Show every Wednesday evening from 6-8 p.m. (Pacific). You can also join the show’s crew in thechat rooms on the World Without Borders site or on the dal.net servers on IRC in the #macshowlive Channel.
